Dinis Lucas & Almeida Santos (DLAS) is a founding member of ASSOCI’ARI – Association for the Support of Foreign Investors Residing in Portugal, a non-profit private law institution dedicated to supporting and cooperating with foreign investors who already reside or intend to reside in Portugal.
ASSOCI’ARI was inspired by the changes introduced by Law No. 29/2012 of August 9, particularly the special regime for granting and renewing residence permits without a residence visa requirement, under the Residence Permit for Investment Activity (ARI / Golden Visa). This legislative framework highlighted the need for a dedicated entity to support and guide foreign investors through the process of establishing residence and making investments in Portugal, while also raising issues with competent authorities regarding the ARI / Golden Visa process.
In line with this legal framework, DLAS has a dedicated department focused on assisting foreign investors in obtaining the ARI / Golden Visa, supporting them throughout the residency establishment process and advising on their investment activities. We have developed a package specifically tailored for ARI / Golden Visa application support.
