INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY

DLAS has been developing an international strategy, conceived to allow the following of their Clients in the development of their activities, assisting the internationalization projects, aiming the creation of a favorable business environment, either to the action of companies in the global market, as to the foreign investment in Portugal.

This department develops its sphere of action in the following main areas, assisting the Clients in the process of internationalization, namely:

• Legal advisory in several areas, providing legal information, as key raw material for the decision making process in terms of internationalization.
• Contract negotiation, incorporation of companies by raising the legal framework of the target market in order to enforce all rules established by the legislation of the destination countries
• Guidelines of external promotion strategy, in particular regarding target markets, sectorial approaches and the typology of planned actions;
• Supporting the hiring of general and technical support services, in Portugal and abroad, necessary to achieve the goals of the project;
• Creation, registering and launching of international brands;

This department works in close collaboration with foreign law firms, especially with an Bureau of Lawyers in France "LANGER, NETTER-ADLER", in Spain "LEGAL PRACTICE ABOGADOS", in Brazil "Volk & Giffoni Ferreira - Sociedade de Advogados" and "VASQUES - Soc. de Advogados", in China with "Shanghai Unison Lawyers".

The Law Firm also organizes the link between their Clients and public and private agencies/organizations of internationalization support.
