Wealth Management: Offers consulting and advisory services to family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
International Tax Planning: Provides general services regarding foreign investments in Portugal (taxation of companies and non-resident individuals), as well as Portuguese investments abroad. Also offers consulting in the area of residence permits for investment purposes.
Real Estate Transactions and Project Finance: Advises on tax matters across all areas, particularly those related to (i) the acquisition and transfer of real estate, (ii) general asset development, and (iii) project finance operations.
Tax Litigation: Represents clients in claims, appeals, and other proceedings before tax authorities and Portuguese courts.
Commercial Law: Provides advisory services in corporate law, company restructuring, and support to corporate governance bodies. Serves as Chair of the General Meeting in various companies.
